Polyurethane Injection

Crack Repair

Cracks in the foundation caused by settling, erosion and shrinkage is a common source of water leakage. Cracks can be waterproofed by a polyurethanes injection, which creates a waterproof gasket throughout the foundation wall.

Pipe Penetrations

Water will easily find its way into the inside of the foundation when it has been cored for a sewer pipe or utility cable to pass through, and older methods of sealing these intrusions fail. Two part expandable polyurethane is a great method for sealing these penetrations. Using the ‘oakum soakum’ method, these are permanent seals that are installed in minutes.

Curtain Injections

The expense and disruption of excavation can be prohibitive, and some homeowners do not want an interior drain installed either. Using our injection equipment, we are able to apply a foundation waterproofing membrane on the exterior of your foundation - installed from the interior.
