Bainbridge Island Yard Drainage

We plugged this one into our busy schedule for a house sale - it was too tough to say no to this realtor team. Close to the water and backing up to a hill, the patio takes on three inches of water in the winter time, and it all finds its way into the crawlspace. A french drain took care of the problem, and we’ll be able to complete the job while maintaining the look of their beautiful yard. Most of it had to be dug by hand, much of it difficult digging, and we brought on some additional guys to help. Thanks to everyone.
