Sump Pumps

For many properties, a sump pump system is a necessary part of the basement waterproofing system. We use Liberty Sump Pump components for our basement sump pump systems. These commercial grade pumps are the best available, and we offer a number of accessories that many of our customers ask for.

Sump Basin

A sump is actually just a low point in a drainage system, so a sump basin is basically a glorified bucket sitting in the ground. But there’s still a right way to install one. Ours are heavy duty HDPE and get installed on compacted rock. The lid is strong and airtight.

Backup Sump Pumps

Many of our customers opt for a secondary, battery operated sump pump. They run off of a battery and keep the basement dry when the power goes out. They are installed with a battery, battery compartment and battery charging unit.

Wifi Enabled High Water Alarm

We offer a wifi enabled, free app based alarm that alerts the homeowners to a high water level in the sump basin. This provides most homeowners with the peace of mind they expect to come with a new basement waterproofing system.
