Bainbridge Island Downspout Drainage and Duplex Sump Pump Installation

This property just did not drain. The infiltration pit installed to manage downspout drainage flooded the yard, and the property is flat and surrounded by neighbors. Kitsap Drainage and Waterproofing installed a 4.5’ sump basin and new downspout drain lines around the house. A duplex sump pump system with control panel and alarm was installed to move the water coming off of the roof. The control panel cycles between sump pumps, which are together capable of moving about 120 gallons of water per minute, and offer redundancy in case one were to ever malfunction.
