Bremerton Garage Waterproofing

Water was coming in through the underground framing. We cut out the concrete and threw our arsenal at it - flashing, waterproofing membranes, expandable cold joint sealants and expandable polyurethane injection.

There were double rim joists, and water was coming in both between the rim joists and between the joists and retaining wall. We injected the polyurethane from the interior, and the pictures show it flowing through both between the joists and between the joists and the exterior.
