A full excavation of the outer perimeter of the foundation was done neatly and professionally, after which our team installed brand new footing drains. 

To finish it off, we applied a high quality waterproofing membrane along with a warm and dry drain board. As we were backfilling the site, we also installed a practical drain system designed to catch all the roof drains and help distribute water more efficiently.
