Another Downspout Installation Project by Kitsap Drainage and Waterproofing

Here’s another successfully completed project by our team here at Kitsap Drainage and Waterproofing. We were called out to solve a drainage issue, which is a common need during autumn and winter months. Water that’s collected in driveways and other areas near property foundation can cause a lot of issues, including damage to the structure of the property.

We went out there and inspected the situation with the utmost attention to detail. We offered an effective solution and quickly got to work to implement it.

Our first task was to dig a trench across the driveway, after which we caught three downspouts and sent them into a secure catch basin. The catch basin collects the excess water coming from the downspouts and dumps it into a pair of infiltration trenches. This system solved the drainage issue at the location.
