Talk about nice people. And a good project! Larry and his son excavated the entire foundation by hand in three days! We came in and cut out the footing drains, waterproofed the foundation, cut 100’ out of the parking lot, installed the footing drains and the roof drains, installed an infiltration trench 8’ deep, put an overflow on the system, patched the asphalt, patched the concrete, and backfilled and compacted the foundation.
