Crawl Space Encapsulation Overview

You can read elsewhere on the web the reasons that a homeowner will choose to encapsulate their crawlspace. We use commercial grade, 12 mil, Dura-Skrim reinforced polyethylene sheeting. The liner is mechanically fastened at the walls and piers and lapped and taped at joints and caulked at the termination edge.
